It should look like this:

It will be a single disc unit and have the MP3 logo on the display and "Folder Icons" on station buttons 4 & 5.

Why in the hell GM did not give MP3 functionality to ALL their damn radios I will never know.

If not, you have only a couple of options....get an Ipod interface or replace the head unit.

I burned a MP3 CD and it did not work, tested in our dvd player and it worked, thought I was burning it wrong...it was finalized. Is there a way for me to tell if I have the MP3 player is my question !

I wouldn't trust it.

It does not have the earmarks of an MP3 capable unit and when I check the part number, it comes back as radio/CD player.........

The MP3 units are not as prevalent as they used to be. I gave up and just bought a 6-disc for my '07.

This looks cool, its a HD radio receiver with an ipod hookup. This HD radio thing is starting to get popular.
