Question HID Headlights

Surfing online, I found some pretty nice HID Headlights ... if anyone has these? Better than stock?

Yes, there is a huge difference.
3200 lumes vs about 800 lumens (stock halogen).
DOT Compliant.
Chrome or black housings
Not cheap.
Not to be confused with HID kits
Well made

There are many write ups on this forum about these.
A search will help you

STARR lights are posted about all over the various forums.

If H3's use a standard 7" round light then you have a lot of other and cheaper options than those. Do some research and look around. A lot of info on lighting here and the other forums as well.

Thanks for responding, so you both have Starr LED Headlights? This is current best option on market today?

No, I would never spend that much money on lights for my rig. I currently run the Philips 75 watt LED headlights. Previously I had 24 volt military TrukLite LED headlights.

I had absolutely no trouble paying the price for the STARR system.
These legal HID lights are very bright (hi and low beam) and I have had no problems in eight years
It just comes down to what you want.
Good Luck

I did an installation guide for the STARR headlights:

The headlights make a huge difference and are worth every penny.
