Default Help finding some wheels

Hey all,
Well I am trying to find some aftermarket wheels and tires for my rig, but I am looking for something used and not thrashed. Hopefully a 17 with a good offset or width to help them stick out and 37s at least... of course if its cheap enough, I am sure I will be fine with the wheels and some bicycle tires hehehe

Anyone know of any? Of maybe if not... any places that I can visit on the web (forums of something) that might have them? The local craigslist is definitely not boiling over with wheels that can fit H2s.... maybe some of you can look in your local CLs?

Thanks

I would recommend going with H1 military wheels and tires. I just did the conversion and total cost including the billet hubcentric spacers (with pressed in lugs) was $1400.

There is quite a few threads on the various forums regarding the H1 military wheels, some I started myself. I thoroughly researched spacers and the wheels. Given the potential issues with them: O-rings leaking, balancing issues, massive weight, etc I decided to just go aftermarket and be done with it. $1,400 for a setup is crazy IMO.

Check out the price of 16.5 tires and I'm not talking military surplus but name brand stuff. They cost more than most tires out there. My concern was IF the surplus starts to run dry and you have to buy name brand tires you'll be paying major bucks. Plus some tire shops won't touch the things because they are 2-piece, big liability for them.
