Milton,
Humveh2's tires aren't much wider than yours.
Yours are 12.5" wide his are 12.8" wide (325).
His sticks out more than yours do because his rims probabily have less BACKSPACE than OEM rims.
Rims with a small backspace dimension will have a greater "deep dish" look.

You can keep your tires and just get new rims to get the same look as Humveh2.

So get deeper dish rims with a small back space so that most of the rim and tire sticks out?

So save my money on my tires and put them on rims that have a deeper lip to it, so that most of the rim and tire sticks out? So I guess my rims have a lot of back space so that is why my rims sink into the wheel well.....

Am I on the right track?

Cause it's the tire that cost the most, about $400 each.....

Someone said to just get spacers....good idea or not?

Or better off getting new rims with less back to them so the tire sticks out?

Everyone has an opinion on spacers and I'm not starting that argument again.
My opinion - I wouldn't put them on my vehicle.

Humveh2's rims have a lot less backspace than yours do. If you get rims with similar backspace like his, your present tires will stick out farther like his do.

Backspace is measured from the inside of the rim (the side towards the vehicle) to the mounting surface of the rim center.

Bunger, I thank you very much on your advise, I see clearly now what is supposed to be done. I basically going to a rim store and going to say I want to keep my tires and just need new rims that have Negative Offset, less back space so that my tire can stick out!

Your the man!!!!

I just came back from purchasing 4 new rims with Neg back space, 20x10 -24

and I was told my tires would stick out 1 inch and a 1/2, and the 3 and 1/2 inch lip would give me that bull dog off road look I want. Lets see? I get them installed tomorrow, and I wil let you guys know the results and post a photo.....

Humveh2,

So my question would be is this...With 325 60 20 tires how does that compare to the standard H2 height of the tire? I ask because although no H2 at the moment I am actively looking and would probably do a size tire such as yours. Have u noticed any change in acceleration or speedometer ? Are those Nittos real loud or not so bad? Thx...

Slightly higher, very slight... No change in acceleration, or at least I wouldn't feel it cause I don't really drive fast, Nor do I ever accelerate fast, I am a slow driver. I have instead of Nitros I purchased Fuel mud grappelers. and not loud at all.
