HELP! 03 in limp mode and key stuck!

I've checked the connections on the ignition and the shifter, now I've unplugged the BATT for a few hours, I'm going to bust out the Fluke meter and see WTH is going on.....I refuse to pay some mechanic $90+/hr to troubleshoot something I can fix! Still seeking someone to assist! lol

re-connected batt. cleared codes. Put H2 in gear, boom, same crap! Gonna be chasing sparks tonight....

THANKS!... welp sad to say, it was A DAMN fuse!!! I checked them, or so I thought, and after re-verifying, I found the IGN fuse inside the drivers side panel, blown!


ALL FIXED!

agreed. I'm hoping that it just a fluke thing and not a surge or anything electrical...

It was a blown fuse in the driver side fuse panel (Post #14)

Not sure on the H2 but a large number of GM trucks the IGN 0 fuse sends power to the trans, PCM and cluster and can cause a lot of issues like this if blown.
