I noticed that the button for the seat heater on the driver side lights up when activated, but not on the passenger side. Is this correct or do I need to ask the dealership to look at it when I take it in for it's 1st service?

not sure...but maybe it's like the passenger airbag and only works / is activated when there's someone sitting in the seat. have you tried sitting in the seat and then checking to see if it lights up?

The pass side ONLY works when someone is in it AND the seatbelt is fastened...

Thanks for the insight- I'll have to check it out when someone is sitting in the passenger seat, because I tried the driver-side heater switch when I was standing next to the truck (off of the seat) and the switch lit up.

Heated seat on passengert side will only come on when seat belt is buckled up... no passenger required. check you Manual!!!
I do this while the truck is warming up, so my wife has a nice warm "YUMMY" (As she puts it... LoL) seat before she hops in.
