How did this all come about? Did you contact the district manager or something? Why are they letting you take your truck to a different dealer on their dime? That’s very unusual to say the least.

Alphadogg, I went straight for the owner......He ok'd everything.....I don't play with the little service guys......I go for the head one. Quirk is allowed to work on Hummers up here in Bangor, because Pape gives them the ability to do so. Pape just forgets to let everyone know that.

ALSO, I just received my monthly diagnostics report via email. Guess What??? The oil is down to 43%. So it's just another piece of proof that Pape didn't do the oil change, like they said they did, and charged GM for it. Once it's all fixed I will probably call the GM Rep. The only thing is I'll have to call Hummer C. A. and report them....they won't give me the reps name or number.

 

Just got a call from the dealer....one of the shafts has not come in...sorry the appointment has been pushed back. I'll update once I have it fixed!!!!
