h3 key stuck in ignition what can i do?

Key wont turn on car or come out of ignition
2003 h3. Key wont turn on or come out of the ignition. Wont let me move the shifter either. Tried puttin it on ACC for 10 min then off for 5 sec then start to see if it was a safety lock feature but it didnt work. What could it be??
