I built a set of projector headlights for an H3. I used a Morimito D2S projectors from the retrofitsource.com. I add a halo ring behind the shroud that you can wire into your parking lights or DRLs. It has 35w ballast with Morimoto xb35 6000k bulbs. This setup is less that 3 months old, I recently traded the H3 and took these out. I did not wire in the high beam function but it can be easily added if you want to take the headlights apart. The light output from these projectors are really good. It was an unbelievable difference from the stock headlights provided by GM. The inside of the headlights are painted white but can easily be changed by taking off the outer lens and spraying any color you wish.
