H2 spare licence plate holder

ok so Id like to relocate my licence plate to the spare and just buy a plate holder from a H2, has anyone done this, without modifying? i know the H2s have 17"s on them so it might be a tight fit on the H3s 16"s but it should just bolt on to the spare tire lug nut, theres also the whole tire cover as im on 35"s like the H2s but Id rather just get that center piece
