P/N from ACDelco is # 15-80655

The module is located under the passenger side glove box. You must first remove the plastic panel to gain access to the module. Then it's just a matter of disconnecting the plug and then unscrewing the module itself. Keep in mind the orientation of the unit when you reinstall the new unit. I think it may only fit the correct way. Let me know if you have any further questions. Thanks.

Did this fix your problem danaw? I have the same problem. No issue with fan speed, just won't blow hot air unless set at 90 degrees.. anything less and it's cold. ..
