Is there any difference between the 2005 and 2008 frames? What i would like to do is get my frame coated with Line X. I found a great deal on a 2008 frame and I'm guessing there is no difference but I know my luck so I figured I would check first.

 

I would imagine the main differences would be the engine and tranny mounts as the drivetrain is different in the 08/09's. Of course maybe they aren't but I can't confirm that either way.

I doubt the frame itself is any different but I'm sure quite a bit of the mounting points for wire looms, grounds, etc might be different.

 

Hmm forgot about that, the cross member is the same for 03-09 so I was thinking not much difference.

 

The frame is 05-07 and 08-09
