Default 2008 Alpha for $75k?

This is by far the highest asking price I have ever seen for an '08 Alpha. There is a seller listing one on eBay with an asking price of $75k.

What are the chances that he gets it? For that kind of dough, I would consider selling mine.

Hummer : H3 ALPHA in Hummer | eBay Motors

Maybe some day in the distant future they might go for this but right now, I just don't see it.

i just picked up an alpha non-offroad package with 18K on it for a third of that price, and it was a little higher than I wanted to pay. I figured the odds of finding one with low mileage would be extremely hard.

This guy is smoking something if he thinks he is gonna get that much for a H3

It only takes one buyer. I hope he gets it since I have a 2008 Alpha Offroad package H3. I think the odds of him getting it are zero but he can dream...for 17 more days.

I hope he gets it too. The book is only like 31 thousand. and most of them are selling for around 25 to 31.

I am certain that my early 07 Adventure with the 06 style window controls mounted too far back will easily be worth that, they are rare!

Low mileage Alphas are available at book price, one just needs to be patient and diligent in their search.

I looked for a month before I found my garage kept 2008 Alpha with 28K miles this past March. Paid right at Blue Book retail. One would have to be nuts to pay substantially over book.

He's hoping some Middle-East oil baron will see the ad and hit the BIN with no regard for the price.

You did okay, I just paid $25k for a fully loaded, 2009, I5 Lux with 18k miles. I'm also in the NorthEast and low mileage, clean H3's sell in a matter of hours at book value.
