H1 Mechanic in Orlando
Does anyone have contact info for any local H1 mechanics? The Orlando Hummer dealership closed, so I am sure some of the mechanics are still in the area and possibly at other dealerships.
I have a mint 1995 H1 that I want to maintain with the expertise of a true Hummer mechanic.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Call Jerry Seiner Cadillac in North Salt Lake City and ask for Doug Thompson, he's a HUMMER service advisor (I know, those don't exist any more--but Doug knows his HUMMER's). You can tell him you talked to Jim Davis (me) who had an H3 and an H2--he'll remember the woodpecker if you mention it.
Anyway, Jerry Seiner lost their best mechanic to your area sometime last year, he's working around that area and Doug can tell you his name and what dealership he went to.
I know H3's and 2's are a whole different animal, but this guy worked on 1's and was their top HUMMER mechanic, Doug praised him highly.
Sorry I can't remember more to help, but I've tried really hard to forget everything I can about being in Utah--unforetunately that includes some HUMMER stuff.
Hope this helps, it's worth making the call.
