I don't know anything about this camera but I would consider two things: 1) you lose the compass, outside temp and auto dimming built into the H3 rearview mirror since this slides over it. (Of course, those features are less important than avoiding backing over something) 2) Where do you mount the camera? Many of the aftermarket cameras advertise that they attach to the license plate bracket, rear hitch, etc.

Do a search for the threads for aftermarket stereos (Pioneer is one brand, I think) where you can integrate your b/u camera.

 

I know about the the brand pyle, Pyle is obviously an off-brand but when it comes to there monitors its not bad at all, at least in my experience. The clearness is a little better then decent considering the price. Now the cameras is not that good but I dont know about that particular model it might be better.

 

I'd just get this one...
