Never heard of such an issue until now. Sounds more like the nose was adjusted too high, rather than a tire problem? You could always try going down 1/2" - 3/4" in the front and see what happens.
Or, you could buy tires made in the USA, like Coopers or Mickey Thompsons.

When I first raised my h3, I accidently went to 25 inches and it sucked, with the stock tires on it. Then I readjusted it and got the alignment done at the a dealership, and no more issues since

Good to hear. I went down to 23 3/4" last nite and getting 315 Duratracs today... Getting rid of the Yokohama AT's
