GM has a buyer for

GM has a buyer for Hummer. I hope AM General buys it back from GM. That would be similar to the way Harley bought itself back from AMF in 1981. I hope they dont go into foreign ownership.

They have to get China Gov't. OK to do the deal, and Hummer stays in USA to save jobs here. Also the Mil. HMWVV contract can't leave the USA.
