However, I also reviewed the emailand was simplymaking an open commentconcerning their perception of choice in programming, andmy desire to exercise my freedom of choice in the process without paying an excessive amount for perhaps wanting to keep what I have from XM, and maybe picking-up Classic Vinyl and nothing else from Sirius.
In case you missed the memo, they are now amonopoly;as such have the freedom to do whatever they want, whenever they want,to whomever they want, and exercise their right under afree trade society to charge whatever they want. But as a Monopoly, they can do thiswithout any consideration to fair or competitive pricing.

Yep, thats why the FCC & Congress had to make the decisionallowing them tomerge. Just like the ATT of the past, they are now the sole provider of satellite radio. My day job is in the legal compliance field for a Fortune 100 company (who will remain unnamed), and even after all of these years, I still am amazed at some of their heartless decisionsbased solely in the best interest of their stockholders.

On a side note for the actual Sirius radios... I bought a GM connect that hooks right into the back of your factory radio and gives you Sirius through your factory system from TSS-Radio.com for only $85. It only cost me $59 at Bst Buy to have it installed. Musch better than the old dash mounted system i had in the windshield.
