Default front toe hitch h2

What is the best way to connect a normal toe hitch to the front of the H2. I see the hole for the pin is vertical and all the toe hitches comes with a horizontal hole. I see they make a front toe hitch extension Genuine Hummer Part: 19245481 which appears to have holes on both sides but if i dont need 'the extension' does anyone have any other options. I did find someone selling the long pin extension that fits from the top through the bumper.

It's more so meant for "nosing" in trailers. Most people do use it for a winch however.

I think the genuine extension with the vertical hole is meant to being the trailer further away from the front of the vehicle so you have more articulation of the trailer.

What specifically are you intending on using the front hitch for?

thats exactly what i need it for, as a back-up n case i need to nose in my boat into a garage that's not only tight but I have to come in at quite an angle as well.
perhaps then i should go ahead with the Genuine extension as i don't see any other options online that will convert the hole to vertical.

That would be the route I would go. You could always drill a new hole in any hitch but I would recommend the extension especially since you have tight angles and what not to nose the trailer in.
