Update: I bought the plugs and they come in a pack of two. The second plug was a perfect fit for the rear bumper hole where the license plate grommet is installed. I recently mounted my spare inside and the plug looks much better.

Phil: They were located in the hardware department (furniture plugs).

Good Call on the rear hole on the bumper...if you take off the tire assembly!
