I stared to notice the driver heated seat comes on buy it self after it has rained and I get some water dripping down the passenger a piller havent figured out were thats coming from yet. I have resealed all the outside marker lights and the wire groments for the 4 corner lights. Any ideas thanks

 

Water is getting into the switch somehow. Maybe upper door seal.

I would pop the window, lock and switch out and coat all the connectors in that group with some dieelectric grease. That will probably stop your seat from turning on.
