Default door spring stops/hinges

New here, just bought an 07 and realized previous owner perhaps had removed front doors and did not reattach the spring stops and bolt hinges back, any clues as to how to pull spring stop out all the way and what size bolts do I need.

thanks for any help

get some metric6,8, try till u find. I think its 6mm?? its very hard to pull it out while the door is mounted,so,,,
then its not ez I put bolt part way in,tied strong wire to "closer" and wrapped around the bolt when door was as far closed as I could get it,open door. hold door open, unwrap wire off bolt, close it as you can, and rewrap as short as you can. it will be hard to hold.

repeat a few times till "finally" the closer clicks out. you can then, carefully put the bolt thru the closer bar and get it started. if you bump the bar b4 the bolt gets started, well then you get to do it all again!!. then you become the xpert. right now I am!!

oh, are the small unpainted bolts in the hinges, one in each?. if not the door could bounce off on a hard bump! it just sits on the hinge pins and those bolts hold it in place.

Hey Happy, great news, got them....However, I tried you method and couldn't get it to work for me, came up with a new one - simple method. Get a long screwdriver 12-14 inches and pass it through spring end then carefully put it in threaded hole and open door! worked perfectly. thank you for making me think about it more than I had been.
