It is wireless remote. Which the PO stiffed me on after bragging about how great the light was. I need to replace the unit or take it apart. It will move one way but not return as of now. Do you just pull that air cover off?

Stock they just pull right off, just be careful not to break any tabs. With that light they may have screwed the cover down to prevent theft. That's how the cowel lights from hummerpartsclub install, screwed down.
