Finally figured this out, the pics are during the day (11:00 AM) in the full FL sun, but you can still see the difference. Will shot some more latter as it gets dark. Will check those emiters, tnks.

After trying diff halogen bulbs and being disappointed, I started looking at Xenon conversion kits. What I ended up realizing is that there's no "best kit"
out there, they all seem unreliable and a hit or miss type of thing.

Looking at this item on Ebay; CREE Kit 9008 H13 Pack of 2 LED Bulbs 25W Each Hi Lo Dual Beam Headlight Upgrade | eBay

It is a Cree LED kit, has anyone tried this ? Im looking for some feedback.

I haven't seen those but I'd be weary. LED headlights are a fairly new technology that until recently was reserved for uber-expensive cars like the Audi R8, etc. I had LED lights on a 2010 Prius and to get the correct lighting pattern it had two have 2 projector bulbs and a reflector in each light cluster. You usually see the use of many lights to get the correct pattern. Look at the strip of LED hadlight "bulbs" on an equipped Audi A6 or A8. It may be different when it comes to just a reflector type setup on the H3 but my guess is you are going to end up with a whiter light but less lumens. They claim about 1000 lumens, but who knows...

Here in Kansas and Missouri you have to have the red in the back as well. I can't think of any states were that's not the case, but who knows? It's possible.
