Difficult to install a Brush Guard?

That is what I thought I had to do, but my housings to the two tow hooks were completely stuck to the frame, so I had to take the bolts out and hit it with a mallet to get them unstuck. I suppose some trucks you might not have to pull those bolts all the way out.

What do you mean by your 'housings' to the two tow hooks... the square metal pieces that bolt to the bumper?

Also what do the 2 small hex bolds do?
