I made my husband plea his case to get rid of our 3 series BMW for the H3. I wanted one too, but was worried about the ride. And to be honest, the H3 rides just as good if not better than the BMW! We had a manual that had no heated seats. The H3 has beat that out of the water....the gas mileage sucks comparatively speaking (went from 25/30 to 15) but the truck couldn't have been a better purchase. The sunroof is HUGE and the room is crazy! When my husband was driving the Beemer only 1 other person could be in the back seat. We can fit 5 adults in the truck with room to spare! We also debated on the Lexus 330 and it was just too small!! You made a good decision on the H3!! congrats and welcome!

I just purchased a 2007 H3. I was like you. I had to trade a vehicle in to get the Hummer. I had a 2009 Ford Mustang GT. I have a baby girl due next month and the Mustang just wasn't going to cut it. I was also very tired of having no room for hauling ANYTHING. There was no utility. So I done lots of research, found a Hummer that was priced right, and pulled the trigger. I am still a bit nervous because I didn't plan on putting much of a payment down on it. I have excellent credit so I figured I'd just finance the whole loan. Once I got to the dealership and the banks tossed out some offers I was told I would have to throw $3000.00 down on the vehicle. The max I planned on spending was half that amount. But it was do or die, so I did it. And I am glad I did. It rides great, drives great, and looks great. I think I might go back out to the garage and stare at it for a while.

I have both a 2007 H3 and a 2008 4Runner. I like them both. Both are great to drive and both have plenty of cargo space, bit if I had to choose between them the 4Runner would be gone in a second !!!
