exactly my point, if you want a mall hopper than I wouldn't get an h3. If we are talking street race I'll race your rice burner with my Jeep grand with the hemi. American wins agains! Grand to 4 runner is a more fair comparison anyway.

 

Don't go there!!!!!!!! , I personally kept my American Made 500 hp Cobra out of this conversation......she get to hungry when talk like this start's.

BTW , my 4R can hold it's own off road for what it is and no mall hoping here , granted no H3 off road stock to stock , but can easily do very well , been tested already and had her full of mud with 85 miles on it and ever since .

 

Hey hey before they turn the 4runner into a girls car the 90 to 95 was the best offroad truck out there stock and had the highest groung clerance with factory 31 then they lowed them 4in for the girls[:@]

 

maybe for it's size, don't think the 4 runner or any suv back then could of taken on the wrangler off road. I had a 93 wrangler 4.0 5 speed that had an amazing creeper gear.
