Diagnostic port location?

Diagnostic port location?

I have a 95 H1 gas wagon. I need my mechanic to plug in his scanner to see if he can diagnose some problems but we cant seem to find the plug (port). Can anyone here help me out with that location? THANKS

From:

Should be lower left of the dash skirt to the left of the steering wheel. It will be close to the hood release pull handle.
