What is voltage when truck is running ? 14 volts or there abouts ?
If not, that is one problem.
H3's have a circuit cut out feature that turns off accessories when left on, to save the battery
Tainter is right (most of the time [sic]) and there could be a parasitic draw that is taking down an already weak battery. Then you kinda bring it back to life when charging only to have it go bad once truck is turned off
Some help I was . . .

"So I checked battery seems it it 5.55 millamp draw", Amy said.

5.5 ma is nothing, you must mean 5.5 AMPS or you read it wrong.
5 amps will kill it quickly.
When you read that you can pull one fuse at a time, see if/which one is doing it.
Since many fuses are always connected to 12 volt source, checking voltage won't help much.

Glad its resolved. im confused....lol not hard!
5.55 mil amper is very small. I mean really small draw.
I was under the understanding that the clock ansuch took about 100 mil amper or more.
May be misunderstanding this. An Ammeter is the best sourse for accurate readings

Ahhh, bad BCM will do it every time. Not a cheap fix and I am glad you checked every fuse before you had to have the BCM replaced. Start with the easy AND cheap(free) stuff that could be wrong and work your way up.

Glad to see it got fixed.
