CEL After Amp Install

CEL After Amp Install
I am getting the following Check Engine codes after I had a local dealer install a 5 channel amp for me. I'm not sure if they drilled in a bad spot or what is causing these codes. I had no CEL before they did the work.
My hummer seems to be running okay despite these codes. They all seem to have something to do with the fuel system/sensors from what I can gather.
