This winter I finally got around to replacing all my actuators for the blend doors and everything worked lovely during the winter. Heat adjusted properly on both sides of the car, defrost/feet, recirculate, etc.

It has now warmed up and I've found that when I turn the A/C on I get slightly warmed air coming out the vents. By lightly warmed I mean with recirculate turned off, the air blowing out the vents is warmer than the outside air even though the air conditioning is turned on (the snow flake button selected.)

I checked the AC fluids and the pressure was high. After letting some pressure escape, I ran it again to test. The compressor does cycle on and off every few seconds during which time the pressure varies slightly.

Any of these symptoms sound familiar? Any suggestions on other things to check?

 

Sounds like it is low on Freon.
