Default Doing HID the right way

If you need something to fill the entire housings, the only projectors that would be that big would be the Infiniti Q45 low beam projectors.

I dont recommend these though for a few reasons:
1) They look cool, but their performance is not all that good
2) They're hard to find, and if you do happen to locate a pair, you'll pay $500+ just for the projectors alone.
3)You will not have high beams anymore

I definitely recommend going with modern bi-xenon setup instead, along with a nice rounded bezel to fit the size/shape of your H3 housings better.

I recommend the following parts:

FX-R bi-xenon projectors
Hella Gen 3-R 35w HID ballasts
Morimoto 5000K D2S bulbs
Apollo or Gatling Gun shrouds
Bi-xenon wire harness
$375, free shipping!

This is essentially the FX-R bi-xenon stage 3 kit, which you can see here:

Default HID right way ??

I visited that web site and they don't explain just how these projector HID's fit in any vehicle
They call them retro kits, but how are they installed in your H3 headlight housings?
How are they aimed once installed ?
Do you have pictures of these lights in your H3 ?
I would love to see them

I have not made the investment, but do plan to do so in the future.

Basically it would require you to separate the housing. I recently had done this when installing HALO light rings. It required baking in center of my oven at 220 for about 30 minutes to soften the adhesive glue. Look at my recent posting of "HALO" in subject for pics.

The alternative for you, is buying a kit from SOMO for $1,000.00.

If you're at all mechanically inclined, you can do it yourself for almost 1/3 the cost, using your existing housing.

I have had the STARR system for more than two years now
That is the system that your SOMO web site sells.

I can't imagine why you would want to destroy your factory halogen housings
The STARR system comes complete and you can sell or keep your halogen headlights.

Just how do you aim these lights of yours after all that fabrication ?
