If you only want to receive calls or only call out to a few numbers that you manually store in the system, Onstar Bluetooth is unbeatable as long as you keep the call volume in the vehicle within reasonable levels. If you crank it up too much, there's a bit of echo in the system. It works great with wifey's iphone and my windows phone too.

If you are looking for something that downloads the address book from your phone, you will have to go aftermarket.
