Default Bluestar installed, some issues

I got my bluestar bluetooth installed in my h2, and for a few days it worked great. However now the green light just stays on all the time, whether the truck is on or off, whether the phone is connected or not. The buttons don't respond or do anything, it feels like it's locked up. Any idea how to get out of this mode? I've tried holding multiple buttons down for periods of time with no luck, I'd like to avoid taking my dash apart again.

Try popping the fuse out for the standard 10 seconds and see if that helps...

I ended up pulling the "Info" fuse under the hood. It reset and things are working again. Hopefully this doesn't become a reoccurring issue.

I had this issue with a can-bus converter before in my touareg.

Every 8 or 9 months it would freeze up. Popped the fuse and all was well.
