I had the truck warming up and blower on...turned on wipers and the fan quit.I have noticed now when i hit the ac it flashes for a second and then the light goes out...not sure if that is related or not but trying to diagnose the problem is not going so well.I pulled the blower fan and bench tested it and it runs fine.i removed the blower control module and it does not look burned or damaged.I volt metered the input to the blower module and i get nothing so i am thinking the problem is elsewhere in the circuit.I checked fuses i could see being related but everything seems to check out.I am wondering what to do now?...is there fuses or relays i am missing?.can it be related to the ac?.the wipers still work but they were what initally caused the blower to not work all the sudden.thanks.

 

Have you looked at the ignition switch? These things get worn out and all manner of strange things happen. My wipers quit, shifter jammed, and computer said the 1-2, 2-3, 3-4 gears were out in the transmission. Changed the switch, all healed.

 

I have a similar prob. Only my heated seat on the driver's side continously turns on and off. My wipers work intermintently, and my heat works intermintently...open to ideas...
