Black Rims
j3jackson our H3's looks nearly identical, I have a Ready Lift kit on the front giving me 2.85 inches extra lift, or 8.5 gap between tire an fender all the way around, BTW I found the rims you have they were 1200.00 for theset of 5, without the center caps, at a local dealer, I like the OEM better than PC, although I wouldn't ave minded getting chrome or grey set and haviing the PC, just so in the end I'll end up with something that looks OEM, the rims I ended up with look like the ones on j3jackson in fact other than his having oem brush guard you couldn't tell ours apart, while the lift on the front is nice it isn't a giant difference, I also have hood handles on mine also Black.
I just noticed j3jackson has a boulder grey grill, mine is chrome, I'm thining of having it matched to the bumper, not black but thatdark grey I guess it is, perhaps it was supossed to be black, I also tossed a set of brake light guards on it.
Inside I have a dash nav system, head rest DVD system, the back door has a Giobi Ladder and we're buildinga cargo basket, my brother is a ornimental iron worker, so we're going to build one that matches the shape of the Hummer, that is to say a little more squared off, most of what we see while shoppingarounded is more rpounded on the corners, while the Hummer seems more square almost but not quite boxy, we figure using 1.25 square tube, we can build it two layers high, with a 1.25 gap in the center giving us 3.75 of basket in the back, in the front we'll add an extra level, that will fade down to the 3.75 in th back so it will go from 6.25 in the fornt down to 3.75 in the back, and be 65" long and 44" wide. So it won't go past the sunroof, or over the roof racks, I also plan on buying an extra set of racks, so I can use a three racksupport system on the basket, unless someone has an extra roof rack to sell, I may have an extra to sell, I've seen this a couple of times so figure thre are others out there either seeking an extra rack, or seeling a rack. We do a lot of camping and want it to be usable, so the extra brace will be needed, I figure my wife can climb up the ladder and get in the basket my daughter can get on the ladder and between the three of us we can fill the basket from the ground, (if she's ggod i'll let her back off the rack and ride inside the car... (just kidding she's liable to tie me to the roof rack, lol I am a "monoplegic" I lost the use of my left leg while chasing a carjack suspect in 2001, so I can't walk anymore and never will again, thanks to fighting crime, and some not so good doctors;but driving off road is a ton of fun and only requires enough leg to push the gas peddle.

finally seeing a second set of those sweet black rims. i asked the qe sales guy (tee dot) if he could get myself a set, and his response was a slight chuckle and then said they were a very limited edition rim and they are not in production anymore DANG!!!!!
I got Rims by mistake, I bought a set of 17" rims from the company that does Criss Angles' H2, they mistakenly sold them to me for my H3 I intended on having them painted black, or having them powder coated, after the sale the companyrealized their mistake, and offered me two choices, they would buy me adapters, or give me these in lue of a refund... they came off the band "Cheap Trick's" H3, I grabbed these up, it tok about a month to get them to me, but well worth the wait, all five with rubber... I am missing one center cap, I called the dealer he too laughed whe I asked about the missing cap, he did tell me though, 4 caps with five rims is aboiut right, more often than not a tire cover would ahve been used on the spare.
I wasn't trying to copy the tacticle editon, fact is I didn't know much about the tacticle editon other than seeing an all black one once, I just wanted as much black as I could get, withas little chrome as possible, I still think blacking out the grill will look good.
So a mistake, and a little luck got me these Rims... I don't know what I ended up paying in the end, but it was much less than a grand, closer to 750.00, I just got a set of black side markers for 20.00 off eBay FREE shipping, and a set of brake light cages/guards for 41.00 plus shipping around 50.00 total I think...
This picture shows the level lift little better

I shopped around for the hood handles and found these on eBay they are valued at 180 to 250, actually they are valued at about 20 or 30 bucks, they are listed for the 180/250 price tag, these were listed under H-3 which made them hard to find, and therefore inexpensive to buy. I paid around $16.00. When I bought these, which by the way are hard to find online, I also bought a set of H2 handles used, this is what I recommend, if you can’t find these for the H3 buy a set of used H2 handles, use a pair of vise-grips to pull the set screws out of them and get replacement bolts, again with the bolts I recommend machine bolts that require a hex wrench to get on and off, also get lock washers and regular washers, make a template from your H2 handle by tracing it onto a manila folder, to find the proper placement for the screw holes, tap through the folder with a ball peen hammer, set the template on one side tape it in place and drill your pilot hole, flip the template tape it to the other side and again drill pilot holes. (the plastic is a good soft plastic, I mention this because the softer plastic is easier to drill without fear of cracking) once the holes are drilled out the ¼ inch you can screw them on using ¼ inch hex head bolts that are about ¾ inches long. The H2 handles look just as good, powder coated black they may even look better. So if you can’t find a set of these, look for H2 handles.

good background and nice showing....(i'm a bit of a photo geek lol)
