New to the forum and need some help! I have a 09 base h3 and have been searching high and low for the past 7 months for black h3 wheels that are the same size 16" on the base model. Have talked to everybody imaginable and no one can find me a black base h3 wheel that will fit! Looking for some help. Thank you

 

Some guy got his stock 16"s powder coated for 70 dollars a wheel, if your just looking to have black. Another guy sprayed his stock rims black and they actually looked good I dont know how the paint held up. Also there is the tactical edition which was the h3 with black wheels and they are 16" so my best advice is either try to find those tactical edition black rims or get yours powder coated. I am strongly considering doing mine since im planning on moving from the chrome look to blacking out my h3.

 

If you want to save some serious cash, just go to an auto parts store and buy 3 to 4 cans of Duplicolor wheel paint, some Scotch Brite pads or coarse sandpaper and paint em yourself. You can even leave the tires on!....I'm pretty satisfied with mine

 

HUMMA- they came out great!!

Paint them yourself and save the money or look on Craigslist or KiJiJi or Ebay for some used or new stock rims. Might get lucky and score some cheap.
