Default H3 Alpha hitch

So I'm doing some investigating on the H3 Alpha's, I haven't found any solid information regarding the hitch on these SUV's. I'm assuming they are the Class III hitch that comes factory? Also I'm looking at getting a motorcycle carrier to hitch onto the alpha when I buy it to tow my sportbike around without having to mess with a trailer, has anyone used one of these before.
Thanks!

I'd just observe the 500 lb weight limit. Maybe also check the carrier you want to buy to make sure there's enough clearance between your bike and the spare tire hanging on the rear hatch.

Or just get a H3T and haul it proper:

There is a 6000lb tow capacity with the factory hitch, right? I've been thinking more about it also, and more than likely I'll be towing a car and the bike so I'll probably just pull a trailer. I can't really say that I'm sold on the H3T, can you fit two bikes in the back of your H3T, I have yet to look at an H3T? I wish the H3/H3T came with a diesel, then I could use the H3T with a gooseneck..... wishful thinking.

If you get a H3 with the V8 then it is 6000 lbs towing (5900 for the V8 H3T).

H3 L5 auto is 4500 and L5 manual is 3000.

H3T L5 auto is 4400 and L5 manual is 2900.

You could probably fit two dirt bikes back there comfortably. I'm not sure about two sport bikes. They may fit, but it would probably be real close.

Thanks for the info! I may have to do some measuring if I can come across an H3T at a dealer. My roomate and I do a lot of riding but as you probably know, sportbikes certainly are not made for comfortable cross country rides. So being able to fit both bikes in the back would be great. Great looking H3T and CBR btw!
