Default bi-xenon install help

I bought a kit on ebay bi-xenon h13 9008 kit. It hooks up for easy with no problems, but high beams do not work (they glow but the bulb dont move in). The bulbs are have to move in for high beam, and say out for low beam.

You use on ONE headlight plug as a trigger, and the other is not used. If I plug a bulb into the 2nd plug the lights go into high beam mode right away and do not snap out.

You have 3 wires that are used as trigger, maybe they need to be different polarities, or in a different order.

Did anyone install bi-xenon kit on a H3 hummer that can help me solve this problem.

I installed some HIDs with the high beams. Mine required a battery harness for extra power... I would look into getting some from www.sharphid.com. I went with them as they were a better quality and had a lifetime warranty. Also, I had alot of questions and they were quick to respond and explain to me everything I needed to know. Hope this help :-)

Here is the link to the battery harness only - I would double check to see if it will work with your ballast. HID Battery Wiring Harness
