Default Best way to wire backup camera?

What the best way to connect the video cable from the back of the HU all the way to the back?

Do I have to remove the rear panels? Is there a way I can just squeeze the cables in some where and route it neatly?

i ran mine up behind the left tail light, inside there you can find an opening into the cargo area, its been awhile since i wired mine, i remeber it was a pain to do but i didnt have to put in any holes. from there i just pushed it under the trim along the left side all the way to the firewall in front of the drivers seat

where does the camera mount? near the tow hitch or higher on the bumper/tire? if lower, you can run it underneath next to the chassis. if you have to run it thru the inside, the panels are quite easy to remove since they snap in place. the only tool you need is a torx-40 i believe, to remove the seat belt. keep us posted?

I did it today, it was so easy it wasn't even funny.

Mine goes from the rear door vents through the taillight wiring, then through the driver rear to front door sills and to the back of the new HU.

So am a little lost... Did you buy a new video screen? or do you have a NAV system in your truck? Please give me more details.. I"d love to have a backup camera show up on my Nav system, I use a junky little $89 unit i got from Advance Auto that uses wireless with a cheap little 2.5 in screen that I have no where to mount that looks good and not in the way.
