I finally got around to bedlining my grill and front skid plate. Thought i'd customize the skid plate by painting the H3 stamp, red. The paint on the grill and skid plate may look like it is chipped, but it's just dried up rain drops. Headlights and fog lights are 8,000K HID's. The bulbs are more white than blue (they look more blue in the pictures). Front corner lights are clear, LED's light up amber. The side marker lights are blacked out (i've had these for a few months). The tail lights are also LED. I posted pictures of these in a different thread about tail lights about a month ago. Thought i'd show it off a little. Enjoy

What bedliner did you use it looks great! Ive been wanting a matte black grille for a min i dont really like the all red h3s.

 

I like the tail lights but the indicators are flashing red ...are they?

I went up to wal mart and got Rustoleum bed liner. It only came in that one color at the Wal Mart i went to. I bought 3 cans, used about 2 1/2 on the grill, and had plenty left over for the skid plate. The hard part was prep work. Had to sand the crap out of the grill to get all the chrome off. After sanding, i cleaned it thoroughly, primed it, and used 3 coats of the bed liner.



All lights on the tail lights are red, except for the reverse bulb. These tail lights utilize the original soft white bulb. I would love to change these out for cool white LED's, but i'm having a hard time finding them.
