Default Backup camera installation question

I purchased this backup camera from boulder accessories, for the Hummer H2 and their install instructions are very vague and say nothing about how to route the included wiring harness. Here is a link to the product.

http://shop.boulderaccessories.com/H...4-6550-01a.htm

As you can see, the wiring harness needs to be routed from the rear trunk of the vehicle to the front and it has those little white clips which should snap into holes in the vehicle. My installer cannot find these holes anywhere and is not sure how to route the harness. If anyone has done this install and can help, it would be greatly appreciated. Tried boulder accessories and they havn't a clue!

Also, would it be possible to splice into the video cable (signal) and have the image also appear on an aftermarket indash screen like a Pioneer AVIC series receiver etc? Cheers!

I installed this camera kit and was not to bad just have to be slightly creative. It is pretty straightforward on the inside at the front from the camera wiring harness goes to the left and down the driver side pillar, I ran my wiring then to the firewall behind the driver side front tire. They talk about a plug but never found it so I drilled a hole for the grommet that is supplied. I then ran the wiring harness on top of the driver side frame rail all the way to the back. I crossed over to the middle just before the air bag and connected along the crossmember to the "air pump" box assembly. once there route the best way possible to the center of the rear bumper to drill the hole right above the hitch for the camera. I had one bracket that I did not use but best I could tell it was for if you do not have air suspension and it gaps the bridge between the rear bumper and the crossmember since there is no air pump box. I ended up using zipties where I ran across the main harness on the driver side frame rail. I do not have an answer for your aftermarket head unit as I have factory and am keeping it that way

Thanks, this helps out a great deal! So you did install the included visor and you get picture in the rear view mirror when in reverse? Did you also somehow get the picture to show up on your stock NAV screen as well?
