I bought my H3 in Arkansas and my dealer here in OKC..treats me like I bought the truck from them..I get the red carpet treatment everytime I go in..which has only been once for the Jack replacement and the cracked roof rails..But They even gave me a loaner Caddy Escalade while they had it for the day..

(UPDATE: Still no head repair jobs at my dearship..and they have sold over 1500 2006 H3s since May of 2005.)

Just bought an H3 about 3 weeks ago and read horrible things about both Dew and Reeves (both were nice enough on the phone). I ended up taking a day off of work and driving to Hummer of Orlando where I received very good service and got exactly what I wanted. Unfortunate that there are 2 dealers in Tampa Bay one seems only marginally better than the other. I will have to pick one of them to use for service, though.

 

Well for service you cant beat Dew....i have nothing but very good things to say about their service dept...they treat me like a king every time.

i was just venting about the parts dept...gouging customers...its all good now cause i bought them from reeves for 350.00 less.

i really think the rails look great on the h3....it just completes the whole look of the truck.[8D]

 

Dew replaced my cracked roof rails with the old roof rails and guess what??? They are cracked again or at least they were until I took it to Kansas City Hummer a few weeks ago and they found it!! They also told me they replaced my jack and it wasn't done!! Paid to have the 15,000 mile tune-up at Dew....they didn't even replace my windshield wipers...gesh!!!!!!!!!! I had to have my bumper taken off and put back on properly because it was making a very annoying noise....Dew nor Reeves could figure out where the noise was coming from....the local Chevy dealer here found it!!

 

i bought from dew. i think they are great! no problems at all! fast, reliable, and GOOD! sorry you all had a different experience...
they treat me well!
