Default Anyone else have had this problem

So the other morning I was Doing my little look over of my h3 I do time to time especially after snowy weather. I noticed in my wheel well that there are these little plastic pins that attach the wheel well liner to what looks to be the fenders. I noticed on front driver side one pin is missing, anyone else have this issue or know of these pins popping out? I am strongly considering contacting dealer about it. I figured I would ask you guys first, thanks in advance.

I don't have an H3, I have an H2 but the pins that you are talking about sound like the ones that do hold the fender liner in. I wouldn't bother with the dealer, I would just go to Auto Zone or Advance Discount Auto Parts and just pick up a pack of 5 of them for $1.99. The dealer will probably charge you $5.00 each for them.

I had the same problem, in the same wheel well on my new '08 Alpha. Went to the dealer, and they replaced it, no problem. The guy on the assembly line that installs those, must have had a bad day

I pulled all these pins when I replaced the bulbs. Sometimes they bust. Cheap replacement can be found at AdvanceAuto. Easy job. Sometimes removing the wheels gives you a little more working room but it's not necessary.

There are different types of pins. I got the wrong one myself. I suggest you pop a pin and take it with you to make sure you get the right one.
