another ugly project
I may need to snooze in my h3 0n a trip,,,not looking forward to that.
to get some air sans bugs I made 3 screens. not too pretty but functional. ill add a strip or seal on the bottom where the glass don't match perfectly.
gotta be careful raising the window,,,very fast,,can mess up the screen.
if you do it, practice with cardboard for the template shape, length is tricky to get in right.
oh, luan board is just right to fit the groove,same as glass.

We made prototypes of something similar about a year ago but a lil fancier and they have been great! We are still working on material choice and a manufacturer but cannot wait to launch as a new product. No more bugs!
