315's are 34.6" dia. & approx. 12" wide
325's are 35.2" dia. & approx. 13" wide

I'm not sure if 325's will mount on stock rims.
If you go with new rims you need to be concerned with the proper backspacing and offset.
315's mount to stock rims and maintain the proper track that the H3 was designed for.
325's are heavier than 315's and may impose fatal stresses on the marginal steering and drivetrain components of a stock H3.

In my opinion it's not worth the 1" gain in width to go to 325's.
You will also find less of a tire selection in size 325/75/16.

You will deff have major rubbing issues with the 325's. I had them mount a 325 on my rims and bolt it on the front. It really looked good but could not go to full turn lock. it hit the stabilizer bar hard and pushed in a 1/2 or so. Popped it off and went with the 315's on all four corners. Frt's still hit the stab just a little at full lock. Pulled them off and put on 1/4 spacer plates behind the fronts and didn't quite get rid of the rub. swapped for 3/8 spacer plates on the fronts and no more rub at full lock. Standing behind I didn't like the look of the front sticking out further than the rear. "may have been just in my mind" so I put 3/8 spacers on the back too. Now all evenly spaced, looks good and no more rubbing.
