Update: found the original spec sheet for 03 H2's and it shows they came standard with cloth seats. lynchhummer.com/Changes/brochures/03.h2.specs

 

your link doesn't work. i still cant imagine them coming STANDARD with cloth. if that was the case this wouldn't be such a big a deal there would be a bunch of them floating around. possibly it was an option? dealer specific add on? either that or your seats were re-upholstered which is very possible there are companies that make seats like you pictured. i know the avalanches came with a cloth insert leather seat like you pictured but ive never seen an H2 like that. also i couldn't imagine a starting price 50k SUV with cloth seats.

im still curious to find out. if you can get some better pictures of your entire interior that would help

 

here is a pic of my interior. you can see the seats as mentioned earlier in this thread. you can also see the "cloth" trim at the top of the doors.

 

Ditto.. mine is exactly the same as Crawdaddyjc's interior, I think his is Wheat in color, mine is Wheat and according to the brochure the cloth was only available in Wheat. http://www.lynchhummer.com/Changes . Crawdaddyjc do you know if the outer portion is leather or vinyl? My thought is that its gonna be vinyl as it was listed as standard.

The standard cloth interior must not have been popular as it seems very few came with it, I've only seen 3 with the cloth and many, many more with leather. Guess we should consider them rare or not very desirable

that was something that only came out with the first few H2s i remenber back in the days i saw some 03s at the dealer with cloth seats ...
