according to what I am finding on the internet about how much to add into your gas tank, it is only 3ounces max. to 10gallons of fuel. and some people are claiming an additional 10miles per gallon gained. Sounds to good to be true

Its worth a try I guess.
I can't help thinking that if it were that effective, the petrol companies would be putting it in the fuel already and claiming it as some type of new wonderfuel. Else someone else would be selling it as an additive and new of its efficiency would spread among members of the public within days - yet this article is a few years old.
Similar to those things that are supposed to increase the engine efficiency by putting magnets on the fuel line or similar - if it were that effective the manufacturers would do it already.
Interested to hear the results, but won't hold my breath.
