Well maybe these people's camera's suck, but they all look too light to be boulder gray.

I was convinced this one wasn't BG. Now i'm having second thoughts.

I found one. A dealership down the road from the house put one online, and I dibbed it real quick (out of state at the moment). I still don't know if it has the lockers, but it only has 41k mi, so I guess i'll just have to be happy w/o lockers if it doesn't have them. So now I have to move my cab lights over, but I don't know how they're put on, and I can't find any instructions, any ideas? And leveling kit, I know I can just adjust the torsion bars or something, but i'd have to worry about getting it level, and i'm not sure about all that. the question i have, is there a difference in ride quality with using the keys vs just adjusting the bars? Anybody have a diagram of how the keys and torsion bar actually works? i have no idea.

No difference in the ride between adjusting the OEM keys and wasting $ on the keys. An alignment is necessary after any torsion bar adjustment. Tons of threads on it and how to do it. Even a few YouTube videos if you require them. Congrats on finding one close.

It's a Luxury, no lockers. Sitting side by side with mine, with only a leveling kit, the Alpha looks like a Midget. Are we sure there isn't any difference with the Rear Springs on the Luxury versions? I'm guessing the front torsion bars are not as cranked as the Adventure Pkg ones. They look so different, it's hard to believe what a little height can do with the appearance.

All Alpha H3s except the Championship Editions have leather and chrome. Different shocks on the OffRoad package (Alpha) but the rear leaf springs and torsion bars are the same on all Alphas. Also, your tires and rims are not OEM so you are gaining height over the little 32" tires that came stock on a non OffRoad package alpha.
