I'm a bit confused. I pulled the coolant temperature sensor as per the instructions of all data. But the new sensor has a different plug in than the original. I checked at napa, parts source, Canadian tire, and finally at the dealer, and they all come with a different plug in. The only location for the sensor listed is on the left side of the engine, above cylinder 1 spark plug. The new and old sensors are identical, except for the plug in. Any suggestions?
